Onyxon Feast Prize Distribution Function based on Independence Day

It was indeed a proud moment for Onyxon Project Solutions Pvt. Ltd., as we have celebrated our Onyxon Inter-School/College Competitions 2010 Prize Distribution ceremony on 15th August 2010 held at Conference Hall, Hotel Green Park. The function began with the invocation and Thamizh Thai Vazhthu followed by a formal welcome speech by Mrs. Prema Suresh. The function was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Hon’ble S. Kalyanasundaram, (Vice-President, Parent-Teachers’ Association, Tamil Nadu), Rtn. Dr. V.C. Nedunchezhiyan (Chairman, Mithra TV), Mr. H. Anbudass (St. Mary’s Real Estate) and Siva. Thiyagi. Panjanathan Chettiyar (Freedom Fighter).  The chief guest Hon’ble S. Kalyanasundaram congratulated the successful children for achieving excellent performance and felicitated the parents who should be proud of performance of their children.

The function organized by Mr. R. Arun, Public Relations Officer under the esteemed presence of Mr. T. Sabapathi, Director and in the august presence of Mr. K. Rammohan, Director and Mr. K.V. Kannan, General Manager. Parents and teachers were also present and make the function.

Meritorious students of the school/college were rewarded with scholarships by the Chief Guests. The Chief Guests congratulated the prizewinners.

The function came to an end with a vote of thanks presented by the Company’s Manager, Mrs. Ambika Sabapathi and then the national anthem. 

Onyxon Feast Inter School/College Competitions 2010

Kumbakonam, TN – (August 08, 2010)

Onyxon conducted the competition "Onyxon Feast Inter School / College competitions 2010" based on Independence Day celebration. The competition was commenced on 8th August and the events were held selected schools in Gowri Sethuraman Hall, Kumbakonam. The competition was conducted for students of Classes VI to XII students and the college students. Students from various schools and colleges of the city participated in this competition.

The day’s programme started with a welcome speech by K. V. Kannan, General Manager, Onyxon Project Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Over 500 students representing more than 10 educational institutions in the Kumbakonam City have competed in Quiz, Drawing, Paper Presentation, Essay Writing, Poem, and Thirukkural Oppuviththal.

The function organized by the Competition Director R. Arun. This function headed by T. Sabapathi, Director, Onyxon Project Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He said the main purpose of the competition is to promote students’ interest in the representation of their skills. The Chief Guests Mrs. Kannaki Manimozhi and Prof. Nirmal Kumar have been honored and conducted the competitions.

The programme ended with a vote of thanks proposed by T. Kannaki, Accounts Manager of the Company and then the national anthem.
